Welcome to jsnhjj.com. The website jsnhjj.com and the services provided through this website (collectively, the "Site") are owned and operated by JSNHJJ Furniture ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Use of the Site

2. Online Purchases

If you wish to purchase products available on the Site ("Products"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order, including your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment information.

All descriptions of Products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

3. Delivery and Returns

3.1 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

3.2 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Product Warranty

JSNHJJ Furniture provides a 1-year limited warranty on all furniture products, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JSNHJJ Furniture and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Turkey and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JSNHJJ Furniture.

6. User Content
